Introduction of Infrared Cassette Emitters

The infrared cassette emitter is specially developed for vacuum suction plastic forming machines according to the national advanced heating technology. It is a new type of plate-type electric heating product that integrates multiple quartz radiation heater. It is made of a metal shell, milky white far-infrared radiation quartz tube, high-quality nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire with super insurance factor, and high-frequency ceramic accessories (thermocouples can be built-in as needed).

Heating Principle of Infrared Cassette Emitters

The purpose of infrared heating is to convert electrical energy into infrared radiant energy and then output, creating an efficient heating conversion method to effectively heat the target material.

  1. High emissivity, high radiation temperature, good integrity and high insulation strength;
  2. Good thermal stability, uniform heating, and high electrothermal conversion efficiency;
  3. Fast heating, small thermal inertia and long service life;
  4. It is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, has good thermochemical performance stability, is pollution-free, and is easy to install. It is compatible with traditional embedded ceramic heating tiles (bricks) and can directly achieve a natural transition.

Use Precautions of Infrared Cassette Emitters

  1. The thickness of the mounting plate of the radiator should not exceed 1.5mm
  2. Due to thermal expansion, the distance between radiators should not be less than 3mm;
  3. For high-power radiators, built-in thermocouple temperature control must be used, and the surface temperature cannot exceed the maximum allowable temperature;
  4. The radiator thermocouple wire has positive and negative poles, the red mark is the positive pole, and the extension wire must be made of special thermocouple wire and cannot be replaced by ordinary copper or aluminum wire.
  5. Using the radiator in the following environments may affect the service life of the radiator: chemical pollution, excessive mechanical strength or pressure, excessive temperature;
  6. Edison thread radiators must be installed on ceramic or ceramic-lined metal seats;
  7. It is recommended that the infrared cassette emitters be installed horizontally to ensure the heating uniformity and life of the radiator.
