Vacuum Ceramic Infrared Heater

The vacuum-hollow ceramic heating element is a high-performance actuator. Like arc and flat heaters, it has industrial standardized dimensions. The heater adopts a hollow casting molding process, and its interior is filled with high-density insulation materials. The function of the heat insulation material is to reduce the heat loss on the back of the heater, enhance the infrared radiation of the heated object, thereby increasing the heating speed of the heating material and shortening the preheating time. This results in saving up to 25% of the energy needed to heat up the radiator.
The heater has eight standard power levels, and the power range is from 125W to 1000W. The highest surface temperature can reach 900°C, and it is widely used in industries such as industrial, medical care, food and other industries.
